I put it on first thing in the morning while sipping on my coffee to help me wake up :) you can keep it on your face 15 minutes tops but honestly you don’t need to keep it any longer than that. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase.

These masks worked great for my eyes. They helped with the swelling I was having. They were comfortable and stayed cold for a long time.

I the eye mask in the freezer before going to get my brows waxed. My skin gets very red and swollen after a brow wax and these are great for getting ahead of the swelling before it begins. They attach with velcro so should fit all head sizes. They stay cold for a good amount of time and are perfect for my needs.

The eye mask is perfect to wear and most important comfortable. It conforms to your head and velcro close. Would recommend.

I broke my nose and needed something to ice my face. I was able to be hands free while still being able to see. This was a life saver!
