Eligibility
1. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must submit the return request within 30 days of your package being delivered. No returns made after 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s) will be accepted.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. To start a return, you can contact us at support@sleepmdog.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. When you first initiate a return request, please be sure to keep in touch with us within two weeks to prevent our customer service staff from being unable to contact you and help you solve after-sales problems.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
1. Be sure to provide us tracking number & logistics carrier via email as soon as you ship your return.
2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the status of your refund.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days. If you need exchange, the item must be in original condition. If 30 days have gone by since your package being delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange either.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact mdog customer service through email:support@sleepmdog.com, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Additional Notes
1. If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information. We really appreciate your patience.
2. Please note that we will not pay for the shipping incurred during returns and exchanges, except for the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the package lost or damaged, etc.
3. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
4. There is only one chance to return and exchange, please confirm before returning.
5. Currently, Mdog haven't authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases in any other third party are out of our warranty.
