When I travel with the MDOG Travel Pillow on long flights I am relieved from the neck pain that I used to have on flights. My head does not jerk forward as it used to do, and I find I am more rested at the end of the flight.

The quality is excellent. well-contoured. Memory foam works, doesn’t get out of shape even after a long flight (12hrs).

The soundproofing is excellent, possibly because I am also using MDOG noise-canceling earplugs. I am very satisfied.

I flew from Chicago to Barcelona in 9 hours. This pillow helped me sleep without pain or soreness in my neck upon waking up. It's a little bulky. But fit into my backpack easily during my travels.
